Apps that access user data must provide a way for people to request deletion of their data. This page explains how you can request deletion of Facebook-sourced data that LoveStash holds in connection with the LoveStash App.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at support@lovestash.co.nz with the subject Facebook App Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the following so we can locate your records quickly:
   • Your full name as it appears on Facebook
   • Your contact email
   • Your Facebook User ID (find it under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites).
3. We will acknowledge your request and complete deletion within 30 days, usually sooner. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.

What we delete

We delete Facebook-sourced personal data associated with your app use, such as:

• Facebook User ID
• Name and profile information shared through Facebook Login
• Email address provided via Facebook
• Any tokens or permissions granted to the LoveStash App

Some records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, as required by law.

How to remove the app from your Facebook account

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find LoveStash in the Active tab and select Remove.
3. This revokes the app permissions and invalidates tokens on Facebook’s side.

Verification

We may ask you to verify your identity or confirm control of the Facebook account to protect your privacy and prevent unauthorised deletion requests.
